Hard shadows lighting artifact. Inspired by the German Expressionism lighting techniques, this short floor lamp recreates the misterious atmosphere adopted by many movies. Perception is manipulated by the lighting angle and power, generating unconventional hard, dark shadows projections. Sci-fi inspired aesthetic reinforces the experience. This artifact aims to explore the influence of fiction on everyday life (concious and unconcious), and the potential consequences generated by the shift on perception caused by it; as a tool to stimulate imagination and creativity.
